Dear Community Members,

With this, our second newsletter, I would like to speak on behalf of Seven Circles in thanking all who have worked to get us here. While the newsletters are exquisite, they are only banners representing the efforts of a whole community: the lodges built; the ceremonies sponsored; the elders supported; the grants written and everything else that constitutes the ongoing work of our foundation.

I am continuously humbled by the wealth of talent I encounter while working to help our new foundation "find its legs." It is also amazing to experience the synergy that develops as people get together with a common prayer to accomplish the tasks we have set out to do for ourselves and our planet.

We have surely come a long way; but as we begin to establish a presence in the philanthropic community, I realize that we are just beginning our promise of a deep and rich calling. Our first newsletter brought many words of encouragement; but it brought many requests for support from individuals and organizations as well. Our mission is to be able to answer these requests. With everyone's help and contributions, I'm confident that we can. Thanks everybody for your courage, your support and your prayer.
